Excellent staff, very helpful and polite for reception to dining areas and teams responsible for cleaning the rooms. Indoor pool which is heated was perfect for my daughters. Breakfast time was busy as the hotel was fully booked but staff managed it well considering. Variety of food for breakfast was very good too including continental and Traditional Moroccan. Gym had everything you would need with space to warm up/down. we didn’t use the outdoor pools as the weather wasn’t hot enough but noticed it was cleaned daily. This was actually the ideal spot in Marrakesh for our trip as it Jad the shopping mall next door and lots of options for lunch/ dinner at many many restaurants in long Paul’s Bakery and a very good Costa coffee. And restaurants in the hotel were good too with excellent Shisha and live music in the background evenings also showed live football ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel itself is very nice with helpful staff and good dining room service. Good breakfast. During winter they switch all rooms' air conditioners to be on "hot" mode and you can't change it. There is unclear source of heat in the room so the room is very hot and you can't cool it with the air conditioner, so the only option is to open the balcony's door.

It’s a nice hotel with nice and helpful staff. The location is great, close to airport and Medina and next to Buddha bar and Malak and Menara Mall. The mall is very helpful as you can get fast food like burger kings and others if bored of restaurant food and super market if you need anything. It also has a kids entertainment area that comes very handy. We had a very nice stay at the hotel. I didn’t give it 5 stars to manage your expectations as it doesn’t feel like a 5star hotel in America or Europe. So be aware of that.

Rating this Hotel as 5* is a big con! It barely deserves a 3* for several reasons: there seems to a premium on getting extra towels because we had to ask multiple times and waited for almost 24 hours before we received extra towel. Well..not really extra because we were three but only had towels for two upon arrival; getting through to Front Desk was also a challenge - calls were rarely answered; food in general - Room Service or Poolside was terrible - except for Breakfast (see below); Staff doesn’t seem to understand nor care about customer service - a lot of words were spoken but never followed up with commensurate service; and, bed linen has not been changed in the three nights that we’ve been nor was the toilet area properly cleaned. The only positives are the excellent breakfast choices / good service during this time and the good location. Will not recommend to this hotel to anyone nor will we stay at this brand again anywhere in the world!!

Hello. I stayed at the hotel from 06.03.2023 to 09.03.2023. However, I had paid for 1 week. Because I had to leave early due to my work, they still do not send back the money I already paid. No matter how many emails I write, there is no response. Please be very careful about this. .when we leave the hotel, even if they say that our money will be returned to the card in 1 week at the latest, there is no action
